Our friendly team is available to accompany you to shopping trips, theatre outings, medical appointments, meals out, funerals, weddings and more. We're here to ensure you have a reliable and compassionate companion to assist you. With over 15 years experience in care and support work we are here to make your experience stress free and accessible. Enhanced DBS certificate, NVQ health and social, first aid qualifications, epilepsy training can be provided as evidence upon request.
Cancellation Policy
*To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours in advance. A deposit may be taken if deemed necessary, and it is up to the discretion of the company owner for late cancellation or no show fees. *All prices stated are estimates, price changes may occur due to unsociable hours, events, extra wait time, extra millage etc. Please provide as much detail as possible for Safe Wings to quote accordingly. *Estimated standard rates are for journeys to and from the KT9/KT6 area during 09.30am – 15.00pm. *Due to the nature of our business, longer than expected waiting times can cause major disruptions. Extra waiting time will be charged at minimum £7.50 per 15 minutes.
